Mary L. Holloway (Gray), 64, of New Haven born on March 31, 1950 in South Carolina to the late Robert L. Gray and Carrie (Drennon) Smith of New Haven, passed away March 27, 2015. Mary retired from Family Care Nursing as a C.N.A and prior to that she was employed by the New Haven Register for several years. She will be remembered by loved ones for her way of unselfishly caring for others and their well-being; as well as her charged personality. She leaves to cherish her memory loving husband of 46 years Clifton Holloway of New Haven, children Clifton Holloway II and Monique Holloway, brother Robert W. Gray of New Haven, step siblings Jamie (Timothy) Rawls of New Haven, Terry (Shawn) Smith of Hamden and Djuana Smith-Beamon of Middletown, 5 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by step father James T. Smith and sister in law JoAnne Gray.
